2. If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned. Wagers on propositions that have not been decided shall also be voided and stakes returned. Wagers on propositions that have been decided (examples include, but are not limited to: first goal scorer, if a goal has been scored; first half wagering, if the first half is complete; first card, if a player has been sent off or booked) will be settled and paid.

3. Soccer $-line betting is a 3-way betting format (1x3) unless otherwise specified. The bettor has to choose between the HOME TEAM, DRAW, or AWAY TEAM. All soccer matches that end in a tie after regulation time are considered a draw and only those bettors who bet the draw win their wager and those who bet the HOME Team or Away Team lose their wager.

4. Soccer goal lines are a spread betting format (1x2) that eliminate the draw outcome of soccer $-line betting. This style of betting often goes by the name Asian Handicapping and has a system of betting on half and sometimes quarter draws that allow for half wins/losses on bets. 2.  If the scheduled length of the match is changed, all prior wagers on the number of rounds the bout will last will be graded as 'No Action'

3.  Each round is three minutes in duration; a half-round is defined as ninety seconds. When wagering on total rounds, please note that a line of 9 1/2 ROUNDS, MEANS 1:30 INTO THE 10TH ROUND! 9 complete rounds, plus 1:30 of the 10th.

4.  For wagering purposes, the disqualification of a boxer during a match will be counted as a knockout by his opponent.

5.  If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on either fighter will be lost. If the wagering offer includes only the two boxers, with the draw either not offered or offered as a separate proposition, and the match ends in a draw, wagers on either fighter will be refunded.

HORSE RACING RULES

  • HORSE RACING RULES and PAYOFF ODDS

GENERAL HORSE RULES

  • 1. Web4bet.com accepts wagers on Thoroughbred and Harness races from major and minor tracks in the United States and Canada.
  • 2. Web4bet.com reserves the right to accept or not accept any tracks at management’s discretion.
  • 3. Web4bet.com offers up-to-post time wagering. In other words all horse wagers can be made until the horses leave the gate. If for any reason the race does not close due to a technical difficulty and you are able to bet after the horses have left the gate, your bet will be voided and your funds returned to your account, win or lose.
  • 4. Minimum Horse wager is $1 online and $1 (per horse bet) via the call center as long as the phone call amounts to at least $25.
  • 5. Web4bet.com does not offer Parlays or If-bets on horse races.
  • 6. Web4bet.com will do their best to grade all races within 10 minutes of official post time. In the event that more time may be required, Web4bet.com will not be held liable for any alleged losses which may result from delays in our grading process.
  • 7. Web4bet.com offers full track odds for all Thoroughbred and Harness races available up to max payouts per race – see track limits table.
  • 8. The Management of Web4bet.com reserves the right to limit, restrict, or deny any client from wagering on any track at anytime.

    REBATES
  • 1. offers up to 7% in daily rebates.
  • 2. The following wager types are NOT eligible for rebates:
  • Place and Show wagers that pay $2.10 for $2 or $2.20 for $2.
  • Tracks in categories D & E highlighted in red on the track limits table
  • Matchups bets
  • Fixed odds bets
  • Propositional bets
  • 2. Internet wagers will receive a 7% daily rebate. Telephone wagers will receive a 4% daily rebate. The only exceptions to this rule are that both online and phone wagers on NYRA tracks will receive a 4% rebate.
  • 3. There is no limit to how much a client may earn as well as no minimum volume of wagers that need to be placed.
  • 4. Web4bet.com reserves the right to discontinue or cancel rebates at their discretion.
  • 5. No rebates will be awarded on cancelled wagers or wagers that have been refunded due to a scratch.
  • 6. Web4bet.com reserves the right to raise or reduce track limits at their own discretion. Please refer to any changes and restrictions in our track limits table
  • 7. The client is solely responsible for determining both horse and race numbers at the time of selection. Horses are identified by the number on their saddlecloth. Horses are not identified by name.

    COUPLED HORSES
  • When placing a wager on coupled Horses, your wager will include all horses that are represented by that same saddle number. If part of the entry is scratched and another part of the entry runs then all wagers are deemed as having action, unless the track deems it a non-betting entry. There is no "must go" action as part of your wager. When one of the entry horses runs, all bets and bet types have action, unless the entry is a late gate scratch – then both horses are considered scratched.

    SCRATCHES
  • All exacta, trifecta, superfecta, quinella, win, place and show bets will be refunded in the event that a horse is scratched. The portion of combos that include said horse will be refunded as well.
  • Scratches involving multiple race wagers (pick 3s, 4s and 6s) are subject to the host tracks official rules. A horse scratching does not refund these ticket parts automatically. Winning tickets for multiple race wagers are refunded to your account based on the official result decreed by the host track where the race took place. It is customary for said runners to be included with the winning horse if, and only if, the race is won by the post time favorite. In the event that a horse is scratched in a multiple race wager, and it is not in the first leg, the track will give you the post time favorite or the consolation. The decision is left to the host track.
  • If a horse is a late scratch and the host track pays out consolations, Web4bet.com will also pay the same consolations. If the host track deems scratch a full refund, Web4bet.com will also refund any parts of multiple horse combinations accordingly.

    DAILY DOUBLE WAGERS

If the runner selected in the first leg of the Daily Double is a scratch, tickets will be refunded automatically.
  • Daily Double tickets are paid out based on the official result decreed by the host track where the race took place. For example, if a horse is scratched during the second leg of a daily double event and the host track pays a consolation, PointWagers.com will also pay the consolation. If the host track does not pay consolations for whatever reason, Web4bet.com will not pay consolations either.
  • Please contact Account Management for a refund in the event that an entry is not calculated correctly.

MULTIPLE HORSE AND RACE PAYOUT RULES
If a winning payout combination is selected by a PointWagers.com client and the same winning combination is not covered at the host track PointWagers.com will pay 100% of the track pool, less the percentage take out by the host track, up to the MAX payout listed on our track limit table. If the percentage take out of the host track is not available, PointWageres.com will deduct 25% of the pool. If a customer has multiple winning tickets on said wager, the payout will be divided accordingly.
